1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "35nd" or "we" or "platform" — refers to the 35nd online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "User" or "you" — any account holder registered on the 35nd platform.
• "Account" — the user's personal profile and balance on the platform.

35nd may request additional documents or proof at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

If you are under 21, please refrain from using this platform. 35nd is committed to preventing underage gaming and reserves the right to verify the age of any account it suspects.

In addition, to open an account on 35nd, the user must:

4 Account Security and Password

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 35nd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals are provided below:

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Amounts below this cannot be deposited.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until account verification is complete.
• 35nd reserves the right to cancel withdrawals in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

35nd provides promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳15,000 will add another ৳15,000 as a bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳10,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳200,000 (20 × ৳10,000) in wagers.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies only once — per user, per household or per IP address.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• 35nd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.
• Attempting to withdraw without fulfilling the bonus terms may result in the bonus funds being forfeited.

6.4 VIP Program

Regular active users can participate in the 35nd VIP program, which has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through consistent activity. VIP benefit details are subject to change and 35nd reserves the right to update them.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 35nd platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Users must comply with the following:

7.1 Fair Play Policy

• Using any software tools, bots or automation to play games is strictly prohibited.
• No strategy or technical method may be used to influence the outcome of a game.
• Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 35nd does not manually alter game results or give any advantage to a particular user.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 35nd will attempt to refund the user's wagered amount where applicable. However, 35nd is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connectivity or the user's device.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35nd platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback claims.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits using false information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Harassing or intimidating other users on the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

Under any circumstances, 35nd's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the most recent 30 days.
